Kickstart Your New Home Sales Career with Valor Communities

Required: Real Estate License or currently in the real estate course.

Program Overview

Valor Communities is excited to launch a 6-month New Home Sales Training Program designed for graduates and soon-to-be graduates in real estate. This program offers hands-on experience, guaranteed weekly pay, and the opportunity to grow into a full-time new home sales role.

What You’ll Gain

Hands-On Training

Learn every aspect of new construction home sales—from marketing and lead follow-up to contract writing and closing.

Marketing Skills

Build a strong foundation in promoting communities, generating traffic, and connecting with buyers.

Professional Development

Work alongside seasoned sales leaders and develop the skills needed to succeed as an on-site sales agent.

Compensation & Incentives

Guaranteed Pay: Earn $1,000 per week for the full 6-month training program .
Vehicle Allowance: Provided during your on-site training period.
Commission Advantage: For your first 90 days , receive 1/3 of your commission paid upfront on all ratified contracts written with a preferred lender — no waiting until closing to earn.

After completing the program, transition into a full-time On-Site New Home Sales Agent role with competitive commissions and long-term growth potential.
