Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and ensure high standards of hospitality Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase revenue Monitor and maintain inventory levels, food safety, and quality control Analyze financial reports to drive operational efficiency Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Engage with customers to gather feedback and enhance the dining experience Requirements Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar management role Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety and financials Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office suite Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
