Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Compensation Salary Range: $54.90 - $65.90 per hour The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in thepay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. If you are viewing this posting on a job site, please visit our company page and search for the opportunity to view the pay range: Responsibilities Position Overview: Performs diagnostic evaluations and administers treatment to patients with communication, voice, cognitive-linguistic and/or swallowing disorders. Qualifications Required: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an institution approved by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Licensure by the State of California or registry with State of California Board of Speech-Language and Audiology for the Required Professional Year. Completion of academic requirements for the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Six (6) or more months experience with some intensive training in medical speech-language pathology and rehabilitative therapy. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Preferred: Knowledge of regulatory agency requirements and recommendations Overview Nationally Recognized. Community Focused.
