• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health and psychosocial needs.

• Implement individual and group therapeutic interventions, ensuring tailored approaches that match patients' specific conditions and goals.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, facilitating support among medical professionals and counselors.

• Develop and maintain thorough treatment plans, documenting progress and adjustments as necessary.
\n
• Provide educational resources and guidance to patients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health issues.

• Remaining attentive to crisis situations and employing effective crisis management strategies when needed.

• Prepare accurate documentation, including clinical notes and treatment reports, in compliance with company standards and state regulations.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities as directed by management.

You will primarily serve adults and adolescents dealing with chronic mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Our clients often experience challenges in accessing traditional care models, and your expertise will significantly impact their emotional health and well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
\n
• At least 3 years of relevant experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated ability to leverage technology in delivering mental health services.

• Experience working in a telehealth environment is a plus.

• Proven track record in crisis management and delivering interventions under pressure.

Sunny Skies Wellness & Healing Center offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 120,000 to 130,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
