Accountabilities:

As a Strategy & Operations Associate, you will support high-impact initiatives and help improve business performance through structured problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence. You will partner with leadership and teams across the organization to identify opportunities, execute projects, and build scalable solutions.

• Drive strategic and operational initiatives that support business growth and company priorities.
• Partner with leadership teams to analyze challenges, develop recommendations, and implement solutions.
• Lead cross-functional projects from initial planning through execution and measurable outcomes.

• Provide clear insights, recommendations, and updates focused on decisions and next steps.

Requirements:
