Executive Chef / Culinary Manager – Upscale Casual Restaurant
Salary: $75,000–$100,000 + Bonus & Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef / Culinary Manager to lead the culinary operations of a high-volume, upscale casual restaurant in the Boston area. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on culinary leader who enjoys developing teams, maintaining strong cost controls, and delivering consistently high-quality food.

What You'll Do

• Lead all BOH operations, culinary execution, and kitchen team development
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop culinary managers and hourly team members
• Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, presentation, and sanitation
• Manage food cost, labor, inventory, ordering, and waste
• Oversee prep, production, scheduling, and daily kitchen operations
• Partner with restaurant leadership to drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
• Maintain a positive, organized, and accountable kitchen culture

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of culinary management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Kitchen Manager, or Culinary Manager experience
• Background in upscale casual, polished casual, or scratch-kitchen concepts
• Strong understanding of food cost, labor management, inventory, and kitchen financials
• Proven ability to develop and retain strong culinary teams
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for quality and hospitality

Compensation & Benefits
