SD Sparkle Cleaning Co. — Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Turnovers Pay: $20/hour to start — up to $27/hour through our Sparkle Up program Schedule: Part-time to Full-time · turnovers run between guest checkout and check-in Area: Downtown, Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, La Jolla, Coronado THIS IS HOSPITALITY, NOT JUST CLEANING When a guest walks into a property you turned over, their whole stay starts with what they see. A five-star review or a complaint often comes down to details you controlled. You start at $20/hour . Through our Sparkle Up program you earn your way up to $27/hour based on quality, reliability, and how you take care of our clients. WHAT YOU'LL DO Full turnovers between guests — kitchens, bathrooms, floors, living areas Fresh linens, beds made to hotel standard Restock essentials: paper goods, soaps, coffee, laundry Staging — pillows arranged, remotes placed, lights and thermostat set Photograph the finished property and report any damage immediately WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Reliable transportation — properties are spread across the county Legal authorization to work in the US Weekday daytime availability — most turnovers happen 11am–4pm Comfortable working to a deadline — the next guest is arriving Airbnb or hotel housekeeping experience is a real plus English or Spanish — both is a plus WHAT WE PROVIDE All supplies, equipment, and training Clear turnover checklists, so you always know what ''done'' looks like A team that treats each other like family #J-18808-Ljbffr Recooty
