People & Talent Ops Lead — AI-Driven, Data-First

Genius AI is seeking a Senior People and Talent Operations professional to own cross-functional projects from comp frameworks to onboarding experiences. You will define what done looks like, build it, and hand it off or run it, across compensation, HR systems, data, AI enablement, and employee experience. You will report to the Senior Manager, People and Talent Operations, and must be commutable to our NYC headquarters, with in-person work 3–4 days per week and attendance on Tuesdays and #J-18808-Ljbffr Genius AI
