Gary's Wine & Marketplace is seeking a Gourmet Manager to lead the cheese and gourmet items department. You will meet with vendors to bring in new products, mentor the Gourmet Team, and ensure compliance with health and weights standards. The role includes oversight of inventory, waste management, scheduling, and reconciliation of purchase orders and invoices, with additional shift lead duties.
