Trusted Life Choices – Omaha Metro Area
At Trusted Life Choices we are required effective immediately by the, state of Nebraska, all hired caregivers must have completed CPR training and basic first aid training before you can begin your first shift.
Trusted Life Choices is seeking a full-time, experienced Client Service Specialist to support our rapidly growing senior‑care agency in the Omaha Metro area. We’re looking for dependable professionals with flexible availability who can confidently manage On‑Call responsibilities and step in to cover essential shifts when needed.
About the Role
As a Client Service Specialist, you’ll be the connection point between our clients, their families, and our internal care team. You’ll help identify new opportunities in the community, communicate with potential clients, and support our agency’s operations using Salesforce to stay organized and efficient.
What You’ll Do
- Spot new opportunities and build relationships within the community
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs
- Collaborate closely with our care team to enhance service delivery
- Serve as the bridge between client needs and agency operations
- Maintain accurate records and workflow tracking in Salesforce
