Weekend Front Desk Customer Service Representative

Midtown Self Storage is currently looking for a Monday-Friday Front Office Customer Service Representative to help run our self-storage facility and perform Haul rentals..

This is a 38.5 hr Monday-Friday position - 9:30am to 5PM Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm Tuesday and Thursday. These hours will be the same all year round. This is a perfect job for a semi-retired person looking for an extra, steady income.

Overall Description:

Job duties will include interacting with customers to assist them with leasing self-storage units and purchasing/returning of Uhaul truck and trailer rentals. Additionally, the selected candidate will perform light maintenance of the warehouse common areas/exterior grounds (i.e., sweeping, taking out the trash, etc.) and must clear the sidewalks of snow and ice in the winter using a snow blower and an ATV plow.

Requirements:- Valid Driver's License(Required)

- High School Diploma or GED (required)

- At least 1 year of customer service experience

- Customer Service with a positive attitude

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Computer and Phone Literacy, preferably with conducting online sales transactions

- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds

- Ability to pass a criminal background check

Benefits:

- In addition to hourly pay, the job includes a commission bonus for each new unit rented and a separate monthly bonus.
