What You’ll Do Welcome residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism. Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls promptly and courteously. Assist with basic clerical duties, filing, scheduling, and data entry. Provide property tours to potential residents and families as needed. Keep the front desk and lobby organized, clean, and welcoming. Support residents, families, and team members with day-to-day needs. What We’re Looking For Friendly, professional, dependable, and welcoming. Strong communication and customer service skills. Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred. Comfortable using basic computer systems and completing office tasks. Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment. Available to work weekends from 2:30 PM-7:30 PM.
