Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of PIT and Man-Up/Cherry Picker forklift experience required
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred
• Inventory control and warehouse experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work safely in a warehouse environment
• Exceptional attendance and reliability required
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills

Job Duties

• Verify products against packing slips, purchase orders, and receiving documentation
• Safely operate a Man-Up/Order Picker forklift to stock inventory in elevated rack locations
• Put away products using warehouse management system (WMS) instructions
• Replenish pick locations to maintain inventory availability
• Accurately scan and record inventory movements using RF scanners
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
• Label, organize, and stage products for storage or replenishment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies
• Assist with material handling and general warehouse housekeeping duties

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or shipping and receiving is preferred.
• Current forklift certification or experience operating multiple classes of powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, teamwork, reliability, and productivity are well positioned for success as a Forklift Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.

What You Will Do


As a Forklift Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.
