Bookkeeper

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred 2-4 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping position where you mastered GAAP basics Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables/VLOOKUPs) and accounting software QuickBooks experience is highly preferred Ready to dive into a more dynamic financial landscape? Responsibilities

• Manage daily general ledger activity across a portfolio of wholly owned businesses and minority investments.
• Handle bank, credit card, and intercompany accounts to ensure every dollar is accounted for across the network.
• Assist with the full monthly and year-end close process, including the preparation of journal entries and financial schedules.
• Support the Controller in monitoring owner contributions, distributions, and intercompany loans.
• Contribute to accounting system upgrades and the continuous improvement of shared expense allocations and management fees
