This is an in‑person job at our office in Durham. Key Responsibilities Leadthe design and development of projects from concept to completion. Notethis is a design-focused role. Collaborationwith other team members, ensuring high-quality design, documentation, anddelivery. Manageclient relationships, budgets, and schedules. Collaboratewith architects, engineers, surveyors, and other consultants. Providementorship and technical guidance to junior staff. Supportbusiness development through proposals and presentations. Qualifications MinimumEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or comparablefield. Minimumof 6 years of relevant professional experience. Preference to applicantwho has experience working with local (Triangle area of NC)municipalities. Professionallicensure (PLA) required. Strongportfolio showcasing a range of project types and scales. Proficiencyin AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office. Excellentdesign, communication, and leadership skills. Provenexperience managing multi-phase projects and interdisciplinary teams.
