Duties

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing campaigns in designated neighborhoods and community areas using mobile devices to record interactions and data.
• Engage in face-to-face conversations with residents and business owners to promote programs, gather feedback, or solicit support.
• Utilize strong communication skills to explain initiatives clearly and persuasively while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service by addressing questions, overcoming objections, and building rapport with diverse audiences.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Use negotiation techniques to encourage participation or support for organizational goals during interactions.
• Manage and Develop people to increase sales
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and active listening—are essential for successful face-to-face engagement.
• Experience with outdoor work environments and walking as a transportation method is beneficial.
