Registered Nurse - ICU (Full-Time/Rotating or Night Shifts)

We are seeking compassionate registered nurses for a 42-bed Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) with experience managing critically ill patients requiring advanced monitoring and life-support interventions. Position Highlights Work in a fast‑paced, high‑acuity environment with a focus on patient‑centered care. Possibility of rotating schedule or straight night shifts, with weekend requirements every third weekend. Preferred qualifications include BSN and CCRN certifications, ICU experience, and prior supervisory experience. Benefit‑eligible from the first day of employment, including 401(k) with match. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on nursing standards. Educate patients and families on managing illnesses, post‑treatment care, and medication administration. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and communicate individualized care plans. Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in ongoing professional development. Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers to involvement in care. Qualifications RN license with a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred. No prior experience required, but ICU experience and supervisory experience are beneficial.
