Shift Patterns

• 12 hour weekend shift: 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Pay Rates

• 20.00 - 24.00 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements for Compounder

• Experience working in a manufacturing, mixing, or production environment
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions, formulas, recipes, or production specifications
• Experience operating production, manufacturing, or processing equipment
• Basic math skills to measure, calculate, verify quantities, or complete production-related tasks
• Experience using forklifts and material handling equipment

Desirable Requirements for Compounder

• Experience documenting production data, batch records, or inventory transactions
• Proven ability to work in an environment where accuracy and attention to detail are critical to quality and compliance
• Comfortable lifting, moving, and handling raw materials or finished products
• Experience with inventory control, material staging, or product transfers in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while meeting quality and safety standards

Role for Compounder

• Follow precise formulas and recipes to compound materials for production
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production flow
• Maintain accurate records of batch production and inventory movements
• Perform material handling tasks using forklifts and other equipment
• Ensure all work areas are maintained according to safety and quality standards
