Job Description:
- Prefer candidates who previously worked as Corporate Recruiters/Headhunters
- Strong external headhunting skills including cold calling, and use/experience in using top marketing or sourcing tools such as social media, network referrals and ATS, experience using/analyzing labor market data recruit/ source/ fill low to highly complex Professional/Management roles, especially sales and/or technical roles
- Strong influencing skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to report out on activity effectively, track prospects and their progress
