Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications include:
- Active Occupational Therapy license issued by the state of Illinois
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Previous experience in a school environment is a plus, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply
In this role, you’ll:
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to meet students’ unique needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff
- Conduct assessments and document student progress, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Adapt interventions and tools while fostering engagement in the classroom
- Provide training and support to staff and families to help reinforce therapy strategies beyond sessions
