Handson work with PLCs, VFDs, and highvoltage systems
Initial paid training on 1st shift, then transition to offshift What Youll Do
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair 240V & 460V threephase electrical systems
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control issues on industrial machinery
Perform preventive maintenance to keep production running
Read and interpret electrical schematics, PLC logic, and blueprints
Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and analog signals
Support emergency repairs and participate in an oncall rotation
Follow all safety, lockout/tagout, and EHS procedures
Occasionally assist with minor mechanical repairs What You Bring
4+ years of industrial/manufacturing electrician experience
Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort working independently on offshift
Experience with PLCs (Siemens a plus) and highvoltage equipment (up to 600V)
High school diploma or GED Ready to Take the Next Step?
