Business Development Director (U.S. Expatriate Assignment) Lead the expansion of a Japanese confectionery brand in the U.S. market Position Summary Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Location: Washington DC (Expatriate assignment from Japan) Base Salary: $50-75K (DOE) Benefits: Visa sponsorship , Comprehensive expatriate package in addition to base salary (relocation support, housing assistance, healthcare, and other expatriate benefits) Other: Training in Japan for 1 year before expat assignment Summary This position will lead the growth of the company's U.S. business by expanding sales channels and developing new customer relationships. You will serve as a hands-on leader, driving business development while managing the local operation.
