Position Overview dormakaba is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor based in Reamstown, PA. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, and leading a high-performing team. HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $85,000 - $95,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) What you will do Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff to maximize productivity and engagement Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize workflow Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, operations, customer service) to meet business objectives What we require High School Diploma/GED 2+ years’ previous experience in leadership or supervisory role 3+ years’ previous warehouse experience Previous forklift certification What we prefer Experience with computer-based shipping and receiving transactions Demonstrated a track record of successful process improvements What we offer Taking Care of our Employees on Day One with Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance coverage options.
