Project Manager - Division 10 (Toilet Partitions, Bathroom Accessories, etc)Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Division 10 interior specialties to lead projects involving toilet partitions, bathroom accessories and related bathroom finishes. The PM will manage project delivery from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring work meets contract documents, budget, schedule and quality standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge of Division 10 products, coordination with design teams, subcontractors and manufacturers, and hands-on oversight of site installation and quality control.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project delivery for Division 10 scopes (toilet partitions, bathroom accessories, vanities, shower systems), from pre-construction through closeout.Review contract documents, specifications and shop drawings specific to Division 10 and prepare accurate submittals, RFIs and clarifications.Develop and maintain project schedules and phasing plans; coordinate installation timelines with general contractors and other trades to avoid conflicts.Manage procurement and logistics of Division 10 materials: solicit quotes, evaluate manufacturers, track lead times and ensure on-time delivery to site.Control project budgets and costs for Division 10 scopes: prepare estimates, change order requests, and cost reports; identify and mitigate cost risks.Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and installers performing toilet partitions and accessory work; ensure compliance with specifications and manufacturer installation instructions.Conduct on-site inspections and quality assurance checks to verify proper installation, anchorage, hardware operation, finishes, and ADA compliance.Coordinate with architects, engineers and owners on design clarifications, product selections, finishes and mock-ups.Respond to and resolve field issues promptly; manage RFIs, change orders and punch list items to achieve timely closeout.Maintain project documentation including submittals, transmittals, meeting minutes, daily reports, warranties and as-built records.Ensure adherence to safety policies and site safety programs while enforcing manufacturer guidelines for installation and maintenance.Provide regular project progress updates to senior management and owners; participate in project meetings and status reviews.QualificationsBachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field, or equivalent experience.5+ years experience managing construction projects with a focus on Division 10 interior specialties (toilet partitions, bathroom accessories, related bathroom products).Demonstrated technical knowledge of toilet partitions, bathroom accessory types, mounting and anchorage methods, ADA requirements and relevant building codes.Experience preparing and reviewing submittals, shop drawings, product data, installation instructions and mock-ups.Proficiency with project management and construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office.Strong budgeting, estimating and change-order management skills; experience tracking costs and preparing reports.Excellent communication, negotiation and client-facing skills; proven ability to coordinate multi-trade teams and manage subcontractors.Detail-oriented with strong quality-control mindset and problem-solving skills in the field.Valid drivers license and ability to travel to job sites; flexibility for site visits as required.Certifications such as PMP, CCM, or OSHA 30 are a plus; manufacturer training or certifications for Division 10 products preferred.Familiarity with accessibility standards (ADA) and local plumbing/electrical code interfaces related to bathroom installations.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
