A health services network in Florida is actively seeking a licensed Pediatrician to join their growing team in Miami.

About the Opportunity:

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Tuesdays off; clinic hours with on-call weekends)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours a week
Setting: Pediatric clinic

Responsibilities:

Providing general pediatric care in a clinic setting
Newborn and well-baby rounding at local hospitals
Handling on-call duties for 20 weekends a year
Collaborating with nurse practitioners and support staff
Communicating effectively with Spanish-speaking families

Qualifications:

Open to new graduates (Class of 2026)
Doctorate in Medicine, with a focus on Pediatrics
Pediatrics BE/BC
Proficiency in Spanish
Experience in newborn care
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Strong communication skills
Compassionate and patient-focused
Adaptable to a dynamic work environment

Desired Skills:

2+ years of pediatric experience
Doctorate in Medicine
Pediatrics certification
Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records
Empathy and interpersonal skills
