Registered Nurse - NICU

Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions. Responsibilities: Perform assessments of physical, social, and psychological status; develop individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and the healthcare team; coordinate and delegate care to interdisciplinary teams; monitor patient responses, revise care plans as needed, and ensure documentation complies with legal and ethical standards. Qualifications & Skills: Current RN license, Basic Life Support certification, strong patient care delivery, critical thinking, communication, and documentation skills. BSN preferred; less than 12 months' experience requires obtaining a BSN within four years. Key Duties: Deliver safe, efficient, and ethical nursing care, promote professionalism, foster teamwork, and adapt care based on patient outcomes. Physical requirements include frequent mobility, manual dexterity, and effective communication in a dynamic environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
