Senior Growth Marketing (Organic)

Marketing is being completely reinvented. AI is changing how people search, how buyers discover products, and what good growth work even looks like. You'll own how Middesk gets found: SEO and AI/answer-engine search performance, an AI-assisted content system that multiplies our output without producing generic "AI slop," and a steady stream of 0-1 creative experiments built for organic reach and brand visibility. You'll partner closely with Product Marketing and the content team on what's working and why, and with Kyle directly on where we double down, shift, or kill a direction This is an individual-contributor role, not a management seat on day one - but it's built for someone who thinks and moves like an owner: self-directed, comfortable with a flat and fast-moving reporting line, and ready to have a real voice in how this function gets resourced and structured as it scales Own SEO and AI/answer-engine search performance for middesk.com as a compounding growth engine, not a one-off project Build and run an AI-assisted content system - pulling signals from market and competitive tools to scale content output significantly, without sacrificing credibility or quality Partner with Product Marketing and the content team to evaluate and improve the performance of existing digital assets and content Launch 0-1 creative growth experiments and campaigns aimed at organic reach, virality, and brand visibility Partner with the right people on ongoing performance analysis - not just build reporting infrastructure and use it to drive real decisions on where we double down, shift, or kill a direction Bring a point of view on team and resourcing needs as this function grows Benefits Healthcare: We take care of you premiums for medical, dental, and vision.
