Senior Manager, Product Management

Role Overview AFC is seeking a relationship builder who will enthusiastically develop their team and lead efforts to service and elevate relationships with AFC’s Mobility Accounts. The Sr. Manager of Mobility Solutions will build new customer relationships, expand existing ones, and lead a team responsible for developing strategy to service and grow AFC’s rideshare programs, service loaner programs, and rental operators. The role requires a strong understanding of portfolio management, risk, and account servicing, as well as the ability to identify and implement process efficiencies. Key Responsibilities Provide specialized support to AFC’s Mobility Accounts in the US and Canada. Use leadership, business development, creativity, and resources to ensure proper account servicing. Engage with customers to help them manage and grow their business by providing industry-leading knowledge. Understand operator markets and individual customer operations to forecast opportunities and challenges. Develop and maintain a trusted advisor relationship with customers, staying up to date on industry trends. Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Coach and develop your team in portfolio management, data analysis, risk mitigation, and business development. Conduct consistent meetings with your team to ensure alignment on goals and strategy. Recruit, onboard, train, and educate team members. Effectively manage the team and portfolio virtually and/or remotely. Promote other OPENLANE businesses’ products and services to customers. Develop proficiency in AFC policies and procedures related to business development, loan processing, collections, expense control, and staff development. Create mobility-specific policies as needed. Use critical thinking to assess business and risk situations, making informed decisions. Analyze data to determine optimal courses of action for business development and risk mitigation using tools like Salesforce and Tableau. Lead the team through change and manage change effectively. Collaborate with Credit, Contracting, Collections, Training, and Operations to drive portfolio performance. Serve as the primary contact and liaison for corporate divisions such as Compliance, Operations, Training, and Finance. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and codes for the assigned geographic area. Required Qualifications Six (6) or more years of relevant experience. Experience managing a team and building sales relationships. Basic understanding of financial statements. Passion for leading people, projects, and budgets. Demonstrated ability to elevate relationships through strong leadership and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in automotive, financial services, or related industry. Proficiency in Google Workspace. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Benefits Competitive pay.
