Primary Care Union Lake Office

located on the southeast side of Michigan .

Full Time - 1.0 FTE Schedule:

36 hours within the office hours of Monday - Thursday 7:00am to 5:00pm (with plan to expand hours to 7pm two weeknights) Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday 8:00am to 12:00pm (once a month). Location:

Requirements Physicians must be board certified or board eligible Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain) DEA license ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained) Duties & Responsibilities A typical day may include: Providing direct patient care Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Participating in teaching and mentoring Documenting in Epic EMR Engaging in quality improvement initiatives Supporting community health efforts
