Rad Tech - Radiology Unit (CT/XRay)Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist for a permanent role with an area healthcare client. The Radiologic Technologist will perform a variety of radiographic and CT procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and comfort. The clinician will follow established protocols, maintain equipment competency, and collaborate with clinical teams.Location: Slayton, MNFacility Type: HospitalShift Name: Flex ShiftsShift Details: 8 Hour Shifts, Rotate If NecessaryMinimum Requirements:Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.ARRT certification required.State licensure if applicable and required by law.BLS certification required.Must have CT experience documented in work history and be comfortable performing CT procedures. CT certification is not required but CT experience is mandatory.Ability to obtain and maintain required certificates for operating imaging equipment.Position must obtain and maintain 24 CEU credits every 2 years.Minimum 1 year of radiography experience preferred.Comfortable working on-call with a 15-minute response window. On-call schedule includes approximately 2 weeknights per week (Mon–Thu 5:30 pm to 7:00 am), every 3rd/4th weekend (Fri 5:30 pm to Mon 7:00 am), and rotating holidays.Able to work with little supervision and seek guidance when needed.Required charting system experience: Epic.Able to relate professionally with co-workers, other departments, patients, and the public.Able to maintain confidentiality.BenefitsGuaranteed 36 hours per week.Permanent position with full employer benefits eligibility as provided by the client.Location HighlightsExplore Slayton and Southwest Minnesota.
