Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List. Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA). Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.
