Weekend Material Handler

Sirius Staffing is seeking a (Part-Time) Weekend Material Handler worker for a contract-to-hire role in Whitsett, NC. Pay Rate: $16.50 Schedule: Saturday - Sunday (11:00 AM - 11:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assigned production, warehouse, and general operational duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Meet established productivity expectations and strict deadlines.
• Work effectively with team members, supervisors, leads, and employees across multiple departments.
• Follow all established safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities based on production and operational needs.
• Work overtime as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors, leads, or management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation to arrive at work on time for each scheduled shift.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work assignments.
• Willingness and ability to work overtime when needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift and handle up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to walk, stand, and/or sit for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to frequently grasp, grip, reach, pull, push, bend, squat, kneel, and balance.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
