Location: DeKalb, IL Pay Rate: $25/hr Employment Type: Contingent Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30am–2:30pm; every other Saturday, 7:00am–12:00pm Why This Role Matters This role plays a critical part in delivering accurate and timely diagnostic results while ensuring patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident during their visit. Your work directly supports quality care and positive patient experiences. What You’ll Do Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on pediatric, geriatric, and adult patients Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures Verify patient identification, demographics, and specimen labeling accuracy in the presence of the patient Maintain required documentation and records with accuracy and attention to detail Provide excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism Support coverage at Patient Service Centers or in‑office locations as business needs dictate What We’re Looking For A current, up‑to‑date resume High school diploma or equivalent 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections Experience working in a Patient Service Center environment preferred Strong customer service background in a retail or service setting preferred Ability to work independently with minimal on‑site supervision Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high‑volume setting Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record (if applicable) Keyboarding and data entry proficiency Ability to meet compliance requirements What’s In It For You Competitive hourly pay Consistent early‑day schedule Opportunity to work directly with patients in a clinical setting Exposure to multiple work environments and locations Meaningful work supporting diagnostic healthcare services Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility) Medical and Prescription Drug Plans Dental Plan Supplemental Life Insurance Short Term Disability Insurance 401(k) #J-18808-Ljbffr
