We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our rapidly growing Sales team! The Senior Business Development Manager (SBDM) will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients and partners. The SBDM will drive wellness program sales through a multi-channel approach including brokers, resellers, and B2B. They are responsible for nurturing sales leads that are populated through internal marketing campaigns, sourcing outbound leads, and qualifying interested prospects. The SBDM will generate a strong pipeline of qualified leads and expand relationships with benefit consulting firms and wellness industry partners, resulting in securing contracts with new clients and supporting the overall growth of Wellworks For You.
