POSITION SUMMARY The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing creative solutions to meet customers needs, internal and external. This position is also responsible for securing and assigning freight to maximize productivity and profitability. MAJOR TASKS Determine capacity and demand of loads and truck assignments. Plan and organize the transportation of goods based on deadlines. A family-owned wood products company that manufactures and delivers high-quality lumber, plywood, MDF boards and other wood products with 8 manufacturing facilities, import division, and nationwide logistics and transportation division. Major supplier to kitchen/bath cabinet, furniture, store fixture/display and architectural millwork industries. #J-18808-Ljbffr
