Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will oversee inventory accuracy, manage warehouse operations, and ensure seamless supply chain processes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong analytical and technical skills, this role is perfect for you!
Schedule:
2nd Shift: M-F, 3pm-11:30pm
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software
- Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and audits to verify inventory levels and identify discrepancies.
- Manage shipping & receiving processes, including order fulfillment, materials handling, and logistics coordination
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between merchandising, supply chain management, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Process rejected, expired, short dated and returned products, support Quality and Manufacturing with material being destroyed, reworked or quarantined.
Experience
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution, logistics inventory management, or supply chain operations within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms like AS400 or SAP, and inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on inventory control accuracy and process optimization.
- Technical proficiency in spreadsheets and general computer interfaces
