Job Type: Full-Time Work Setting: School-Based Pediatric Services Location: Richmond & Vallejo, CA NEW GRADUATES ARE WELCOMED

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist Assistant to provide services to pediatric patients from birth to 18 years old in a supportive clinical and school-based environment. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and provide high-quality, patient-centered speech therapy services. Both experienced therapists and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations appropriate to the patient's diagnosis and developmental needs.
• Develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans based on evaluation results and patient goals.
• Establish functional, measurable, and achievable therapy goals.
• Provide speech therapy interventions tailored to each patient's developmental level and needs.
• Perform re-evaluations and update treatment plans according to patient progress and departmental guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists and early intervention specialists.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and clinical staff.
• Support patients in achieving improved communication skills and developmental outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Active California Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant license.
• 1-3 years of experience in school-based or clinic-based settings preferred.
• Pediatric experience is highly preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
