Position Summary Coaches are responsible for Empowering Others to Achieve More! They provide positive energy to the member experience and work diligently to improve value in PRSNL Training. We believe in three core functions to be a successful coach: Connect - Assess - and Coach! - Educate members & guests about fitness & wellness.
- Drive awareness around PRSNL services and other O2 Fitness wellness solutions.
- Conduct consultations and assessments to help provide members with fitness solutions.
- Build value and sell personal training services.
- Provide comprehensive programs to clients to keep them safe and drive results.
- Empower clients to feel competent, confident and supported by providing impactful customer service.
- Attend team meetings and trainings to maintain positive club culture!
- Collaborate with coaches to improve overall expertise and service offering.
- Active Personal Training Certification or College Degree in a fitness-related field required (i.e. Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Sciences, Sports Management, etc.)
- Current CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications are preferred but not required
- Commission Range: $22 - $50
