This behavioral health facility is part of a well-established healthcare network offering comprehensive psychiatric services to the community. The facility features a 15-bed department with access to advanced treatment services including TMS and ECT, as well as psychology and psychotherapy services in the clinic setting.

Physician - Psychiatry

Job Details:

• Full-time coverage needed primarily Monday through Friday in a clinic setting
• Call coverage required on weekends and evenings for both inpatient and outpatient units
• Maximum of 18 patient encounters per day
• Provide inpatient services on an acute psychiatric unit
• Provide outpatient office and clinic-based psychiatric services
• Work with patients presenting with anxiety disorders, affective disorders, ADD/ADHD, personality disorders, psychotic disorders, and organic disorders
• Experience with involuntary commitments, seclusion therapy, and restraint application preferred
• ECT experience preferred; facility offers both TMS and ECT services
• Board certification required with BLS certification
• Active Minnesota medical license required
• Estimated credentialing timeframe of 90 days
• Locum to permanent hire opportunity will be considered
