- Shift: Monday–Friday, 8.5 hours between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
- Hours/Week: 40 hours
- Employment Type: Contract (1099 Independent Contractor or W2 package available upon request)
- License/Certs: Active, unrestricted MD or DO license; BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in Family Practice within the past 5 years
Pay & Benefits:

What You'll Do:
- Provide comprehensive primary care to neonatal through geriatric patients
- Conduct physical exams, health assessments, and preventive care
- Diagnose and treat urgent and non-urgent illnesses and injuries
- Prescribe medications and coordinate referrals as needed
- Perform specialized exams including physical readiness, preventive health assessments, and screenings
- Educate patients on health maintenance and self-care
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies within the clinic
- Document all medical activities accurately in patient records
- Collaborate with healthcare team members and supervise staff activities as applicable
What You Need:
- MD or DO license (unrestricted)
- Minimum 3 years of family practice experience (within the last 5 years)
- Board eligibility or certification in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Osteopathic equivalent
- Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Ability to pass government background and security clearance
