Adventist Health Hanford – Hanford, California

• A 173-bed hospital with an annual volume of 7,700 patients.
• A Level III Trauma Center and Stroke Center.
• 22-bed closed ICU.
• No codes; no procedures.
• Nationally recognized for Stroke Care. Earned a second consecutive “A” Hospital Safety Grade from The Leapfrog Group.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
