Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nutritional care to patients identified with nutritional risk or special needs, including assessment and reassessment.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans; educate patients and families about nutrition recommendations.
- Document all interventions clearly in the medical record and communicate findings to the interdisciplinary team.
- Participate in rounds and collaborate with other clinicians to coordinate nutrition-focused care and optimize patient outcomes.
- Apply evidence-based practice and clinical judgment to support safe, effective nutrition therapy.

Requirements
- Active California licensure as a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Education: ACEND-accredited bachelor's degree in Dietetics or equivalent.
- Relevant clinical nutrition experience in a hospital/acute care setting is preferred.
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and participate in a 3 × 12-hour daytime shift pattern.
- Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment.
