Position Overview Silicon Valley Construction Services is seeking an experienced Leasing Specialist to manage the complete tenant lifecycle for commercial properties. The successful candidate will oversee leasing operations, tenant onboarding, rent collection, lease administration, and compliance with applicable California and San Leandro regulations. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and administer lease agreements Manage tenant onboarding and lease documentation Collect rent payments and maintain accurate payment records Prepare and maintain security deposit summaries and related records Process tenant evictions in accordance with company policies and applicable laws Verify tenant insurance and compliance requirements Coordinate move-ins, inspections, and unit readiness Issue notices and manage lease enforcement procedures Coordinate maintenance requests, work orders, and repair activities Conduct move-out inspections, damage assessments, and close tenant records Maintain accurate leasing and property documentation Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial leasing, property management, or a related field Strong knowledge of leasing administration and tenant management Familiarity with California leasing regulations; experience with San Leandro regulations is preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. #J-18808-Ljbffr
