As an Account Manager Team member with Nate Nguon Ins and Fin Svc Inc - State Farm Agency (Tustin, CA), you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Job: On-site office Location (Tustin, CA)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
• Train and mentor customer service representatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• experience in customer service
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• License Required: Personal line or P&C or willing to get License.
