Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. All employees, in the performance of their respective responsibilities, shall conduct themselves in the highest possible standards of ethical and business conduct. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.Candidates shall have as a minimum:1) An accredited baccalaureate degree in Training or Education that has courses in education or training thatfocus on instructional analysis, design, development, delivery and testing, as well as evaluation of trainingprograms.a) All other degrees will be considered provided that the applicant has completed the courseworkspecified above.b) Alternatives to education, as allowed by DOE Order 426.2, may also be considered, subject toapproval by SRR.
