RN Field Nurse Case ManagerStubbe Case Management is seeking an experienced RN Field Nurse Case Manager to coordinate and manage the medical needs of individuals/clients who have sustained a work-related injury. The Case Manager uses their clinical knowledge, expertise, and leadership skills to partner with all stakeholders to facilitate the best possible outcome for the injured worker.This is a hybrid position comprised of 2/3 field travel in the Chicago, IL area and 1/3 work from your home office.Stubbe Case Management is a 100 percent employee-owned medical and vocational case management firm with nearly four decades of industry leadership.
