At Drybar, we don't just hire stylists - we help develop exceptional stylists through hands-on training, continuing education, and daily coaching.

Earn $21-$30+/hr (guaranteed hourly pay + tips + commissions - no earning ceiling!)
Flexible, set schedules
Paid training in blowouts, braids, updos & extensions
Ongoing education and skill development with monthly hands-on classes led by our full-time educator

Perfect for balancing school or stylists balancing full-service clientele.
We're Looking For Stylists Who:

• Passionate about learning and perfecting styling & finishing techniques
• Provide exceptional client experiences
• Thrive in a team environment
• Bring positive energy and professionalism

A current Virginia cosmetology license is strongly preferred.

Cosmetology students with 1,300+ hours are encouraged to apply!
