About the Role
The Company is seeking a President/Integrator with a strong background in retail and hospitality to lead its day-to-day operations and drive the business's strategic growth. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, strategic leader with a passion for small businesses and a deep understanding of the customer-centric approach. Responsibilities for this role include leading and managing the leadership team, creating and executing the company vision, and ensuring the business operates as a connected system. The successful candidate will be adept at problem-solving, creating accountability, and fostering a culture of trust and collaboration. They should be excited about the entrepreneurial aspects of the business, such as supporting franchise owners and improving store performance, and be committed to the company's core values of quality, passion, and a "we" vs. "me" attitude. Applicants for the President/Integrator position at the company should have a minimum of 3 years' of senior operations or business leadership experience, with a proven track record of running a company or business unit. Experience in a franchisor organization, multi-location operations, and a customer-facing service environment is essential. The role requires a leader who can bring a quality mindset, is passionate about what they do, and is dedicated to the company's values. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail operations, including inventory and product management, and experience in a product-based business with manufacturing or supply chain complexity. A strong work ethic, the ability to drive sustainable growth, and a commitment to professionalizing systems without losing the company's roots are also key qualifications for this role.
