Overview: ExecuSource is seeking a high-volume Corporate Recruiter to support a fast-growing organization with nationwide hiring initiatives. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, with the first 30 days working on a contract basis. The ideal candidate is experienced managing full-cycle recruiting efforts across technical, sales, management, and corporate roles in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate:

• $38/hr - $43/hr during the contract period
• $80,000 - $90,000 annually upon conversion

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake meetings through offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and recruiting strategies
• Create, post, and maintain job openings across multiple platforms
• Source, screen, schedule, and manage candidates throughout the interview process
• Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines for high-volume hiring needs
• Recruit for technical, sales, management, and corporate positions
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing tools to identify talent
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and generate recruiting reports as needed
• Present compensation, benefits, and company culture information to candidates
• Prepare offer letters and initiate background checks and drug screenings
• Support employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice
• Assist with additional recruiting projects and team initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience
• 1+ year of high-volume recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for technical, sales, and management roles
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Process-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field preferred
• Experience sourcing and hiring Military Veterans preferred
