Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Kia vehicles and other makes and models Accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Perform warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend needed maintenance Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair status and recommendations Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all dealership and manufacturer safety procedures Stay current on Kia technical training and new vehicle technology Qualifications Previous experience as an automotive technician required ASE Certifications preferred (not required) Kia experience is a plus but not required Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Knowledge of electrical, engine, transmission, suspension, steering, and brake systems Ability to use diagnostic scan tools and service information systems Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork Ability to efficiently manage time in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience and performance Performance incentives Paid manufacturer training and professional development Career advancement opportunities State-of-the-art equipment and modern service facility Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service Supportive management team and a positive workplace culture Why Lou Fusz?
